Refund policy

Cutiefy Fashion jewelry creates every product delightfully & each finalized jewelry undergoes several quality checks before reaching the client. 

Our return policy is proposed only when the products are damaged in transit or a wrong product.

If you have received any product with an issue, we are always here to help you.

 

Without any irregularities, there will be no refunds. The product should be in its original condition with the Original Packing, Box, Invoices, Warranty cards (if any) and tags intact.

Eligible products can only be returned within 12 days after the delivery time by emailing the product image & issue with the product. You shall then receive a Returned Authorization Number (RAN) for eligible products. With reference to this RAN your product shall then be scheduled for pick up from our delivery partners.

Once your return has been approved, we would process your refund.
